RECOMMENDATION?

At the request of and pursuant to the Agreement with Marett Construction
Ltd. dated ‘the 30th day. of May, 1991, BE IT RESOLVED that the works and
services deseribed in the aforesaid Agreement and installed or to be installed
by the said Marett Construction Ltd. in connection with the development of
the lards described aa: ;

Lot 118, Plan 36386

Lot 255, Plan 53908

Lot 8, Plan 17820 (except Parcel A, Explanatory Plan 15640

Parcel 1, Bylaw Plan “: _. of Parcel A, Explanatory Plan 15640 of Lot
8, Plan 17820

Parcel 2, Bylaw Plan "| _. Plan 17820

District Lot 4, Township 39, New Weatminster District

are hereby conclusively deemed to be for the sole benefit of those lands and
that none of the cost of providing the said works and services shall
constitute "“excesa or extended services" as defined by Section 990 of the
Municipal Act. ‘

AND THAT the aforesaid Agreement be and the same is hereby approved and
that. the Mayor’and City Clerk are authorized to sign the same on behalf of the
vity and to affix the Corporate seal thereto.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

The Agreement that would be approved by passage of the above noted
resolution follows the City's standard form for such Agreements and ig
available for perusal in the Clerk's office.
