A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240” MAY 14 1890
MAY 28 1990

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitian, British Columbia
which are more particularly described as:

Strata Lots 1 to 9, inclusive, and all the common property
District Lot 288,

Group One,

Strata Plan NW 3186

New Westminster District;

are hereby rezoned from M-3 (Clean Industrial) to CD (Comprehensive
Development) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,
No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

Notwithstanding the permitted uses deacribed under "Part XII. =
Comprehensive Development gone", the uses permitted within the
aforementioned land shall be restricted to those listed in Schedule "I"

which is attached hereto and forms part of this Bylaw.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1990, No. 2503".
