SUBJECT: Development Variance Permit No. 67/88
for 1082 Fraserview Street.

RESOLUTION:

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of October 19th, 1988 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
approved relaxing the Zoning Bylaw No. 2240, Section 801, Section (7) for 1082
Fraserview Street.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of
October 24th, 1988 the owners and residents of property surrounding the
subject property have been advised that Council are considering issuance of
this Voluntary Development Variance Permit at its meeting of November 14th,
1988. Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions should be
considered by the Council and a decision reached as to whether or not the
Development Variance Permit should be issued.
