Once it was revised, the questionnaire was mailed out to 43 Francophone organizations and 19 completed forms were returned. The results were presented at the Presidents’ Council in November. The Francophone organizations in attendance unanimously adopted the priorities as defined via the consultative process. As a result, the development priorities for the Francophone community for 2003-2004 are: “.
