THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PURT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2236

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Those Certain parcels of land Situated In Part Coquitlam, British Columbia which
are more particularly described as

(a) Lot 114, Plan 24877; and
(b) Lot 386, Plan 59541;

both of the Southeast Quarter, Section 7, Township 40, New Westminster District
are hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquittam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all OT Nes as the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No. 2236",

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 26th day of January, 1987.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 26th day of uvanuary, 1987.

Public Hearing held this 16th day of February, 1987.

Purpose of the Bylaw:
To permit the subdivision of the present two lots into three lots to be used as sites
for three single fami ly residences. .
