A Bylaw to authorize the expenditure of monies
in the Tax Sale Lands Reserve Fund.

Whereas Bylaw No. 2642 authorized the expenditure of $2,000,000.00 from the Tax Sale NOY 8 4993 |

Reserve Fund to develop Reeve Street Park;

And Whereas the Municipal Council at its regular meeting of October 4th, 1993 passed a
resolution to increase the funding for Reeve Park Construction by $1,000,000.00;

Now Therefore the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Tax Sale Land Reserve Fund Reeve Street
Park Construction Expenditure Bylaw, 1992, No. 2642, Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No.
2853".

That Section l(a) and i(b) of the "Tax Sale Land Reserve Fund Reeve Street Park
Construction Expenditure Bylaw, 1992, No. 2642" be repealed and the following be
substituted in its place.

l(a) The Municipal Council is hereby empowered and authorized to expend the sum of
$3,000,000.00 from the amount so set aside to develop Reeve Street Park.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this Ist day of November, 1993.
Read a third time by the Municipal Council this 1st day of November, 1993.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the
