(b) All that portion of lane in Block & of District Lot 255, Group One,
New Westminster District as shown dedicated on registered Plan 2137,
containing an area of 0.0168 ha and included within the green outline
on a reference plan certified by Robert M. Reese, British Columbia Land
Surveyor and dated the 6th of November, 1979, a copy of which is
attached hereto

at or for the price or sum of Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Five Doilars
($7,905.00) and in exchange for those certain parcels or tracts of land
described in the next Section hereof.
2. The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam is hereby authorized
to purchase of and from-the Registered Owner thereof ALL AND. SINGULAR
those certain parcels or tracts of land and premises which may be more
particularly described as follows:
All those portions of Lot 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 of
Block 8, District Lot 255, Group One, New Westminster District as
shown on registered Plan 2137, containing an area of 0.0417 ha
and included within the red outline on a reference plan certified

by Robert M. Reese, British Columbia Land Surveyor and dated the

6th day of November, 1979, a copy of which is attached hereto

at or for -the price cr sum df One Dollar ($1.00) and in exchange for «

that certain parcel or tract of land described in the preceding Section

hereof.
3. Those portions of Road and Lane shown cedicatred on Plan 2137,

“District Lot 255, Group One, New Westminster District outlined in green
on the said Plan of Robert M. Reese, B.C.L.S. are hereby closed and stopped
up to traffic of all kinds.

«4, The said lands to be so purchased as aforesaid shall, when so
conveyed to the said City, be established as an addition to the roads in
District Let 255, Group Onc, New Westminster District.

5. The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam are hereby authorized to execute such conveyances, deeds,
maps, receipts and other documents on behalf. of the said City as may be

necessary for the purposes aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of

the City thereto.

6. This By-law may be cited for al) purposes as the "Ryan/Marshal) Plan 2137
