Freeman, City Clerk wet GY sag AS pat Re: Burning Operations - Land Clearing At the regular Council meeting of April 28th, 1975, Alderman Traboulay gave notice of a motion that he wished to present at the next Council meeting with reference to the amendment of the "City of Port Coquitlam Subdivision of Land By-law, 1970, No. 992" and we believe the particular section referred to by Alderman Traboulay is Section 2.6 of Schedule "A": "2.6 Clearing The complete road right-of-way shall be cleared of ail brush, trees, vines, roots, stumps and other organic materials which, upon decomposition, could cause settlement to occur. Brush, trees, vines, roots and stumps shall be stockpiled off the road right-of-way and then burned unless other instructions have been given by the City Engineer. Top soil, turf, etc., shall be graded out over the lots outside of the road allowance. Prior approvals for such burning from the Fire and Engineering Departments of the City shall be obtained."
