Ny PAK Wis ye f) THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM ; APR 29 1991 BYLAW NO. 2582 A Bylaw to amend the Official Community Plan of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam. WHEREAS an Official Community Plan was adopted by the "Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" AND WHEREAS an amendment to the Official Community Plan has been prepared and after First Reading of this Bylaw the’ Council has: (a) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the most recent capital expenditure program under Section 266 of the Municipal Act to ensure consistency between thems examined the amendment to che plan in conjunction with the Feonomic Strategy Plan entitled “Port Coquitlam Industrial Development Strategy" to ensure consistency between them; determined that no applicable waste management plan exists for consideration; determined that the amendment to the plan does not affect the District of Coquitlam, The Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows, or the Greater Vancouver Regional District. NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. Subsection (1) of Section 2.4 of Chapter “VY DEVELOPMENT PERMIT AREAS" of Schedule "A" of the “Official Commuaity Plan Bylaw, 1986, Ne. 2162" is repealed and the following substituted: "(1) Boundaries North: Center line of Prairie Avenue between Shaughnessy Street and Oxford Street, center line of Westminster Avenue between Oxford Street and Commonwealth Street, center line of Imperial Avenue between Commonwealth Street and St. Michael Street, center line of Angelo Avenue between St. Michael Street and the intersection of the line extending along the north property line of Remainder 1, Plan 70380 with the center line of Angelo Avenue, and a line along the north property lines of Remainder 1, Plan 70380, Lot 2, Plan 70380, and Lot 72, Plan 20844. Center line of Lougheed Highway between Shaughnessy Street and Coast Meridian Road.
