3.1.9 3.1.10 For the purposes of Article 3.1.8: The amount of wages actually paid to fire department personnel fighting the fire shall be included in the costs. ; The charge per hour per fire in attendance per vehicle will be Two Hundred ($200.00) dollars per hour or portion thereof with a minimum charge of One Hundred dollars ($100.00) per call. A fire shall be deemed out of control under this Part when it spreads beyond the boundaries of the parcel of land on which ‘it was started, or threatens to do so, or when it endangers any building or property. 4. ELREWORKS AND FIRECRACKERS ‘No person shall offer for sale or sell, nor use, set off or discharge fireworks within the City. Article 4.1.1. shall not apply during the period between October 26 and November 1, inclusive, in each year. During the period referred to in Article 4.2.1 fireworks may only be used, set off or discharged: (a) on the lot of ‘A private dwelling and only with the knowledge and consent of the occupant; or (b) as part of a public display organized and controlled by a public body or society.
