Preliminary discussions with the consultants indicate that the colle: toad forming part of this subdivision will be provided with bicvcle lane(s a standard agreeable to the Engineering and Planning Department. COMMENTS FROM OTHER DEPARTMENTS: The following comments were received from the Departments noted: Engineering Department: This area is within the zone called Northeast Sector and is part of our current program to look at for drainage, sanitary sewer, water, roads etc. To this point no final decisions have been made and therefore we cannot provide detailed comments. However, in general the develcper will have to meet our specific requirements for these services in the area as the drawings and designs are completed. Technically, the subdivision can be accommodated. and Recreation Department: Parks location and dimensions for the Riverwood Area have not been confirmed. Prior to approval of the rezoning this should be done, particularly in terms of location and development and payment. (Note: Locations are determined by Riverwood Area Control Plan; Development Cost by Northeast Sector Study). Building Department: Ne comments. Fire Department: The Fire Department has no objection to this application. R.C.M.P, See attached, DISCUSSION: The proposed rezoning represents the first phase for development of the Riverwood Area. The Proposal fully complies with the draft Riverwood Plan.
