Purpose of the Bylaw:
To permit a two family development on the site.

Further Information:

A copy of the Proposed bylaw may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Fort
Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours Of 8:30 a.m. to
4:30 p.em., on regular business days, from the date of this Notice until the Public
Hearing.

Also available for inspection are copies of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1979, No. 1651" (which would be amended by the proposed bylaw) and various reports and
Plans referring specifically to the Purpose of the amending bylaw.

Public Participation:

At the hearing a!l persons who believe their interest in Property is affected by the
Proposed bylaw will be afforded an opportunity to be heard or to present written
submissions respecting matters contained in the Bylaw.
