That all resolutions related to vehicle towing In the City of
Port Coquitiam, including the resolutions noted hereunder
Passed on the dates Indicated, be and the same are hereby
rescinded;

Decemter 6th, 1976

"That as recommended In a report tram the Senlor By-law
Enforcement Officer, December 3rd, 1976, the Port Coquitlam
R.C.M.sP, and City of Port Coquitiam use only Ridge Auto Towlng
for all vehicle Towlag within the City, on a yearly basis
subject to annual review, and that those concerned be so

advised,"

December 20th, 1976

"That the services of Cogquitiam & Port Coqulitian Towlng &
Storage Co. Ltd. be relnstated and that that firm and Ridge
Auto Towlng be glven equal towing rights within he City of
Port Coquitiam on an alternating menth to month basis,"

May 5th, 1980

"That with respect to vehicie towing and storage rawattirmation
be hereby given to the previous arrangements existing between
the City and Coqultiam Towing and Storage Go. Ltd. and Ridge
Towing (now Discount Auto Towlng) In that those firms would
operate in the City on @ ene month on and one month off basis
in thelr dealings with the Royal Canadian Mounted Pollee and
the By~law Enforcamant Officer,"

January 28th, 1985 (in Committee)

"That The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam has no
objection to the Coquitiam R.C.M.P. Detachment's use of Danny
Richardson/Discount Towing In the City of Port Coquitiam on a
continual basis for a one year trial period."
