Counci! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam endorse the joint declaration ot these six nations, which Includes a proposal for a mutual and verifiable freeze on--the production, testing and deployment of nuc{ear weapons and their delivery systems by the nuclear weapons states, and that the Federal Government and all countries represented by embassies in Ottawa be requested to similarly endorse the joint declaration.
