RECOMMENDATION:

That Counci! give consideration to passage of the following
resolution: ‘

"That the following property be and the same is hereby -sold to
“Louis &, Canuel and Lorna J. Canuel, 3719 Wellington Street,
Port Coquitiam, B.C. at or for the price stated opposite = the
legal description of the property appearing hereunder: i:

Lot wrt, (W117O051E) Block 29, District Lot 466, Group
One, Plan 2294, New Westminster District - $43,500.00.

AND THAT the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the
necessary..documents for the purpose aforesaid and to affix ‘the
‘Corporate Seal. of the City thereto,i ‘

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

In accord with instructions of Council issued on October i4th,
1983 the above noted Property was advertised. tor sale and'the-
closing time tor.the receipt of tenders was 12:00 noon

wednesday, November 9th, 1983.

In addition to the bid upon which the above noted resolution is
based one additional bid in the amount of $42,520.00 was
received.
