THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2019

A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port
Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows: .

The Zone Designation of A-1 assigned to the area shown on a pian of proposed
subdivision of Lot 11. of the Fractional Southeast Quarter, Secrion 6. Township
40, Plan 4318, New Westminster District; «nich said subdivision plan includes the
Northerly 3.048 m of Road shown closed on the Plan attached to and made of the.
"Rae Street Lane (Plan 2012) Road Closure Bylaw, 1984, No. 2018" prepared by
Helge Jacobsen and Associates, Professional 6.C. Land Surveyors: and shown on
their..drawing bearing File No. $-84-5054-7 is. removed and the following Zone_

Designations are applied:

(a) RS~1 to Lot 1, containing an area of 818 sqem as shown on. the plan of
proposed subdivision aforesaid; and, :

~(b) -RS-1A to Lot 2, Lot 3, and Lot 4, said tots containing 459 saan, 375 sq.m,

and 375 sq.m, respectively.

The: Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, “NOs 1651" is

. hereby amended +o reflect this rezoning. - o 7

A copy of the proposed plan of subdivision referred to in: Section. 1 iscattachedd |

to this Bylaw and made a part hereof.

This Bylaw may be cited for al! purposes as the "City of Port coauitian Zoning.
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1984, No. 2019".
