have total control over the use.

We have no doubt had reasonably good cooperation with School District No. 43 on
joint use of their various facilities, however we have also had some problems
with scheduling. This is where our concern is, in regard to the only lighted
field.

I would recommend we allocate funds out of the Parks Reserve to start Phase
One of this project to the sum of $125,000.00.

ZL would alse recommend we investigate government assistance either by lottery
funds or recreation grants whichever may prove most beneficial.
