Alderman Traboulay pointed out that the RS-2 (One~Family Suburban Residential)
zone is essentially a "holding zone" for properties where future use is
undetermined.

The City Administrator then advised that the "Port Coquitlam Refuse
Materials Collection, Removal and Regulation By-law, 1976, No. 1426, Amendment

By-law, 1977, No. 1530" was now available for further consideration.

for initial consideration.
