10. Tenderers should conduct their own investigations into the fitness of the property for any particular use = che City gives no warranty thereon. This investigation should *nelude, but not necessarily be limited to, matters such as the state of the City's title to the property, soil stability on the property and in the area, topography, drainage courses, and other matters that may affect the tenderer's use of the land. It will be a condition of sale that utility lines presently located on the property be protected by registration of rights-of way.
