Although the lot is at one of the isolated Situations it would still. require rezoning as it cannot meet the new by~law revisions requiring one acre for each single family dwelling in the RS-2 zone. The applicant has been made aware that a requirement to upgrade the water systems would be necessary in order that this application could be approved. , Recommendation: TLis application is # 8 of the nine possible lots originally agreed to by Council, The Committee recommends approval subject to participation in the upgrading of the water system, Item III Re: School Freeze Commentea: The Committee was advised that the current 60 day school freeze on zoning and subdivision on the north side expires April 30th, 1973. Dis-~ cussion on the letter received by the School Board ensued and the following recommendation was made, Recommendation: The Committee recommends that the current freeze expire upon receipt of information from the School Board that the request to the Provincial Board of Education for emergency funds for school construction in the Lincoln area has been approved.
