That this report be received as information.

COMMENTS :

This report is to inform City Council that the applicants for the above captioned
development are proposing substantial modifications. to the. building form being
xequested. In view of these changes, I am re-examining. the proposal and will
submit my revised comments to City Council upon completion of the project's
redesign.
