Dear Janna Taylor,

I have been advised by the Executive to officially inform you that Port
Coquitlam Ringette is planning to host an Invitational Tournament,

to be held December 27-30 inclusive, 8 am ~ 9 pm, using both arenas.
We would also like use of the Young Room and the Mabbett Room if possible.

The Invitational Tournament committee has sent out over 200 letters across
Canada and has received favourable replies from Ontario, Nova Scotia,

Alberta and Manitobia. .
It should prove to be a very busy but exciting time for all of us.
