Fraser, Minister of Highways and Public Works, to discuss the Mary Hill By~-pass. Moved by Alderman Traboulay: Seconded by Alderman Keryluk: That as requested by the Port Coquitlam Industrial Association, June 14th, 1978, a meeting be arranged with the Honourable A.V. Fraser, Minister of Highways and Public Works and Mayor Campbell and Aldermen Keryluk and Mabbett to discuss the Mary Hill By-pass. Carried. Alderman Ranger stated the Mary Hill By~pass should be done in Phases with Phase 1 to come from the Wild Duck Inn to give the industrial area truck access and egress. A discussion ensued and Alderman Mabbett advised that in the absence of Mayor Campbell he would attempt to arrange the meeting with the Minister of Highways and Public Works for the end of June.
