B/ = "Tmperial Avenue Road Exchange By-law, 1977, No. 1551" that it appears law #1551 (deferred) the rezoning of property between Imperial Avenue and Westminster Avenue (John Dawson's subdivision), upon which process of the road exchange is dependent, will not be finalized at the August 8th, 1977 meeting. City Engineer re prom the City Engineer, August 4th, 1977, submitting a sketch of a frontige exemption- prepused Sub- proposed subdivision of Lots 27 and 28, Block 3, District Lot 290, Plan div.Lots 27 & 28, B1ik.3,DL 16795, and advising that while the proposed lot dees not comply with 290, PL.16795 the "Subdivision of Land By-law, 1970, No. 922", it does comply with the Council frontage exemption policy. District Lot 479, Sketch 10630, located at 1789 Dorset Avenue, and 106301789 Dorset Ave.) advising that while the proposed subdivision does not meet the frontage requirements of the City's Subdivision of Land By-law, it does conform to the established frontage exemption policy of Council.
