SUBJECT: Reqnest for Traffic improvements - Lane between
1835 soci 1827 Westem Drive
(Public Works/Traffic Committee Meeting of June 25, 1991)

That Council approve the designation of a maximum speed of 20 kmp in the lane between Mary
Hill Road and Western Drive south of 1835 Western Drive.

The Public Works/Traffic Committee considered the attached memorandum from the Traffic
Technician regarding a request from Jean Claude Doucet of 1835 Western Drive for the
placement of speed bumps, the placement of "children at play” signs, and the designation of 2
reduced speed zone in the lane Iccated to the south of his property.

The Public Works/Traffic Committee recommends that the lane in question be posted for a
maximum speed of 20 kph.
