Carried. t H i From the Leisure Activities Committee, November 26th, 1979 advising LAC, Nov.. 26/79 re Evergreen Pk. of the meetings and discussions held with Nu-West Developments Ltd. regarding Evergreen Park and recommending that the City accept the park as it now exists, on December lst, 1979, and that the City accept a payment of $7,500.00 from Nu-West Developments Ltd. for the installation of an underground drainage system in the soccer field as per the proposal from Valley Farm Drainage Ltd., and that the City release Nu-West's letter of credit in the amount of $60,090.00 on December lst, 1979.
