MEMO TO: Mayor & Council SEP 27 194 cember 23rd,

It would seem to me that we are being faced with more and more

irresponsible ‘driving in our City. Speeding, squealing tires, ignoring

piayground and school zones, crosswalks, etc.

I would recommend that a strongly-worded letter from our Chief
Magistrate be sent to the R.C.M.P. Inspector requesting that a concerted drive
be instituted in order to curb some of this total disregard for the safety and

peace of our citizens by a minority group of drivers.
