Minutes will be kept of all project team meetings, workshops with Council, and
information rneetings with the public, in order to keep track of the project. Any
comments received during consultation with outside sources or the public will be
documented so that we may refer to this input during revisions.

Since the study will be cost-shared by the City, formal accounting will be kept
within the standard accounting of the City. A parallal accounting record to keep
track of specific expenditures applicable or charged to the grant will be
maintained by the Planning Department.
