Further to our telephone conversation, please be advised that Mr. Russ
HELLARD and Insp. McMARTIN will attend the City of Port Coquitiam's

Council Meeting on Monday December 19, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. They will present
the Coquitiam/Port Coquitlam Crime Prevention Committee Annual General
Report for 1988 and answer any questions the Council might have regarding
the proposed Crime Prevention Committee Budget for 1989.
