From the Parks and Recreation Director, July 4th, 1989 regarding dog
control signs.

Seconded by Alderman Farnworth:

That the dog control signs shown at this evenings Council meeting be made
and erected in City parks.

Prior to consideration of the above noted resolution the following
resolution was proposed:

That the recommendation regarding dog control signs be defered ior two
weeks pending a further report from the Parks and Recreation Committee.

From the Deputy City Engineer, July 6th, 1989 regarding closure of Donald
Street for Greek Day celebration.

Moved by Alderman Laking:
Seconded by Alderman Stewart:

That the request to hold the second annual Greek Day festivities be
approved and that the City Engineer be instructed to provide the necessary
barricades to close off Donald Street for the duration of the event.

Carried.

From the Deputy City Engineer, July 6th, 1989 regarding parking
restrictions on Kebet Way.

Moved by Alderman Laking
Seconded by Alderman Stewart:

1. That "No Parking at Anytime” restrictions be placed on the northern side
of Kebet Way from Coast Meridian Road to the end of the street.

That the City Clerk take the necessary steps to revise the Traffic
Regulations Bylaw if the above recommendation is approved by Council.
