Shaughnessy. Initially, two of the major companies located in the development wanted to rezone their parts of the property and enter into covenants limiting use of the land. In pureuing that direction it was found the covenant wag Subsequently, meetings were held with the company's solicitore and it was decided to return to the C-2 zoning originally Proposed. To accommodate the company solicitors' concerns it is proposed to include a definition of Shopping Center in the Zoning Bylaw. This will Clarify to them that they are legitimately operating in a Shopping Center. One of the 4 major businesses proposes to have an element of outdoor sales and Storage. An 4 amendment to the text of the C-2 zone is being recommended to implement a 25 | Percent limitation for the amount of outdoor use permitted.
