eavenants, agreements, cbligations and indemnities of the Assignor and the City contained therein, ineluding without limiting the generality of the faregoing: (i) the land use restrictions granted by the Aggignor in favour of the City set forth in Article 2 of the Main Agreement; the agreements between the City and the Asaigner with respect to the two park areas referred Co as Skyline Park and Future Pack in Article 3 of the Main Agreement (ag raflected, in part, in the eptions to purchase regiatered against thé title to the perk portions of the landa under instrument nos. AB2Z10318 and ABZ10319); the obligationa of the Assignozs with reapect to the Landscaping of boulevards as gat out in Article 4 of the Main Agreement ; the obligations of the Assigner to complete off-site servicing as set out in Article 5 of the Main Agreement; the obligationa of the Assigner ragarding aubdivision of the lands as set out in Article 6 of the Main Agreement} {vi} the geknowledament of the City chat the lands may be developed in several phases as contemplated in the Mein Agreement; and (vii} the obligations of the Assignor to pay any agplicable lste-comec charges under the by-laws og the City; "Road Purchase Order*® megng the Purchase Order (Ne. 30797), dated October 7, 1948, issued by the City to the Aagaignor with respect to the construction af @ pettion of Mary Hill Road, Port Coguitlam, British Columbia (a copy of which is attached hereto as Schedule YE"); "servicing Aqdcaement" maans the agreemant to be enterad inte hetween the Assiqnor and the City (a draft of which $g set cut in Sehedula MA~E of the Main Agteement); and "Sewer Agreement" means the agreement to be antered inte batweaen Genstar Corporation, the Assigner and the City (a draft of which ia sat out in Schedule MA-F of the Main Agreement). Te Aggignor does hereby absolutely ageign, transfer and unte the Assignee all of its right, title and interest in 3 ach! ES46ea9ges
