August 8, 1988/192 Bylaw No. 2384: to rezone 1. Section 301 of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" (the "Zoning Bylaw") is amended by inserting the following short form equivalent and zone designation in the schedule in Section 301, immediately following the short form equivalent and zone designation te "P=-3 Commercial Recreation ": "P-4 Utility District” Part XI of the Bylaw is amended by adding the following provisions after Section 1103, as Section 1104; "1104. UTILITY DISTRICT (P~4) 1. USES PERMITTED: utilities providing electric light, electric power, telephone, Water, gas or close circuit television and public services conveying sewage or storm water provided that such utility or public service shall not be used as an office or as the primary place of employment of any employees.” 3. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: Lot 1 District Lot 232 Group One, Plan 74062 New Westminster District is hereby rezoned from RS~3 (Estate Residential) to P-4 (Utility District). The property is located at 1285 Pitt River Road and would create a P—4 (Utility District) and place the property specified in that zone; which is the correct zone for its current use. A letter from the City Solicitor, August 3rd, 1988 was received recommending an alternate wording for the proposed new Section 1104. No one was present to speak regarding the proposed rezoning. Bylaw No. 2385: to rezone Lot “B" and the 1.5 m portion of Patricia Avenue immediately north thereof, Section 6, Township 40 Plan 67706 New Westminster District from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential). The property is located at 3591 Inverness Street and would permit the future subdivision of the property. No one was present to speak regarding the proposed rezoning.
