DEVELOPMENT VARIANCE PERMIT:

From the City Clerk, February 16th, 1988 regarding Development Variance
Permit 12.88 for 1386 Lincoln Avenue

Mrs. S$. Osberg, 3156 Raleigh Street made several comments that were not
germane to the subject.

Moved by Alderman Farnworth:

Seconded by Alderman Laking:

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his memorandum of
February 8th, 1988 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be approved
exempting Lot 120, S.W. Quarter Section 7 and NW Quarter, Section 6, ‘Twp 40,
NWLD Plan 75281 from the requirements of Development Services Bylaw 2242,
Section 13(b).

Carried.

REPORTS:

From the Director of Community Planning, February 19th, 1988 regarding
Development Variance Permit No. 16/88 ~- 1015 Fraserview Street.

That City Council adopt a resulution issuing a development permit
exempting Lot 13, DL 340, Grp 1, ref plan 71846, NWLD 75763 from -the
requirements of Development Services Bylaw 2242, Section 13(b)

From the Director of Parks and Recreation Director February 12th, 1988
regarding Cameron Park Backstop.

Moved by Alderman Laking:

Seconded by Alderman Gates

That the backstop at Cameron Park be replaced at acost of no more than
$1,500.00

Carried.

And that the $1,500.00 be taken from the Parks and Recreation Capital
