RECOMMENDATION:

That City Council direct the Clerk's Office to prepare a bylaw
rezoning Lot 4, Block 35, of S.W. Quarter, of Section 6,
Township 40 NWLD Plan 14658 from RS~1 Large Lot Residential to
RS-2 Small Lot Residential Zone.

COMMENTS:

This apptication is to rezone and subdivide an infill
residential subdivision along Prairie Avenue at Kilmer Street.
The proposal fits in with the Community Plan objective for

providing a variety of size lots.
