Owen Jackson, 1743 Lincoln, Port Coquitiam, B.C. advised he has built
a 24 unit townhouse on Coast Meridian Road and he has an application for
another townhouse development.

Sandra Neff, 3270 Fox Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. inquired regarding
development in the Fox Street area, Mr. Brown advised there may be a six

storey apartment Proposed for the area.

John Wobma, 1767 Lincoln Avenue, Port Coquittam, B.C. inquired
regarding the Proposal! for Lincotn Avenue in the next five years. Mr,
Brown advised Lincoln would become an arterial sometime in the future.

Don Begg, 1848 Harbour Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C, advised that
"Port" means marine and expressed concern that he could see no provision
for marine industry. Mr, Brown advised there are a number of marine
industries in Port Coquitlam.

Kathleen Muldoon, 341/346 Laurier Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C,
advised the present agricultural area Should be maintained. She advised

she had a 20 name petition,

Mayor Traboulay advised Aldermen M.R, Wright and M.D, Gates now
comprise a committee to study the agricultural area,

the zoning north of Salisbury Avenue on Coast Meridian Road. Mayor
Traboulay advised the Council! is still considering the zoning in this
area.

does the improvement of Freemont help Port Coquitlam? Mayor Trabou lay
advised Freemont js tied into the Provincial Government's highway plan
for the overa!l | area and that Aldermen Wright and Gates will be Preparing
a report to Council fo} lowing their study of the ALR area,
