WHEREAS pursuant to clause (b) of subsection (1) of Section 578 of the Municipal Act, being chapter 29% of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, the Municipal Council may by bylaw stop up and close to traffic a highway or any portion of a highway; AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam deems it desirable and expedient that certain portions of highway nereinafter described be stopped up and closed to traffic; NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. All those portions of road and lane which may be more particularly described as follows: - ALL those portions of road and lane in District Lot 463, Group One, New Westminster District shown on a reference plan certified by Robert M. Reese, British Columbia Land Surveyor dated the Sth day of March 1982, a copy of which is attached; the said portions may be more particularly described as follows: 1) a 0.2674 hectare portion of road in Block 19 shown dedicated on Plan 2214, and, 2) a 0.2202 hectare portion of road and lane in Block 20 shown dedicated on Plan 1997, and, 3)1a 490.2 square metre portion of lane in Bloc on Plan 21085; k 20 shown dedicated are hereby stopped up and closed to traffic. 2.
