Further to our letter dated December 7, 1981,

In that letter, we failed to give you our preliminary findings with regard to your
existing computer.

Your existing computer is a small MAI Basic/Four system. [t has served you well
Since 1975 and is continuing to do so, However, for several reasons, we feel that it
is not adequate for your current needs and certainly cannot meet your future

needs. For example:

Because of its small Capacity, you have found it necessary to split some files
into more than one smaller file,

for errors such as:

1. Processing the wrong portion of the file,
