By-law No. 1802: to rezone Lot 118, District Lot 289, Group One, Plan 59195, New Westminster District, from RS-1]1 to RM-4. This property is located at 2251 Pitt River Road and is commonly known as the "old Legion Hall site" and it is expected that a three storey apartment building, 50 units in size, will be constructed on the property following completion of the rezoning procedures.
