NOTICE OF FUBLIC HEARING

ZONING BY-LAW

The Municfpal Council of ‘The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City
Hall. 2272 McAllister Avenue on Monday, February 16th, 1982 at 7:30 p.m.
to consider the followii., proposed by-law to amend the "City of Port

Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651"!

By-law No. 1802: to rezone Lot 118, District Lot 289, Group One,

Plan 59195, New Westminster District, from RS-1]1 to RM-4.

This property is located at 2251 Pitt River Road and is commonly

known as the "old Legion Hall site" and it is expected that a

three storey apartment building, 50 units in size, will be constructed
on the property following completion of the rezoning procedures. It is
“anticipated that parking for 75 cars would be provided underground

and that access and egress to and from the parking would be from

Pitt River Road.

A copy of the proposed By-law, end other relevant documents, may be
inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at
the address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m,
on working days, February Sth, 1981 to February iéth, vt.

All persons who deém their interest in property affected by the

proposed by~law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the

Public Hearing on matters contained in the By-law.
