February 4th, 1980. From the Public Works Committee, January 30th, 1980 regarding the offsite costs for the proposed Techram Development at Westwood Street and Lougheed Highway and recommending that as outlined in the report the amount of $28,000.00 be refunded for the construction of Westwood Street. Moved by Alderman Mabbett: Seconded by Alderman Traboulay: That as recommended by the Public Works Committee, January 30th, 1980 tke amount of $28,000.00 for the construction of Westwood Street as outlined in the report, be refunded to Techram Developments. Carried. Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution Council discussed the drainage requirements as outlined in the report. Moved by Alderman Mabbett: Seconded by Alderman Traboulay: That the proposed Techram Development at Westwood Street and Lougheed Highway be required to drain their property to the Coquitlam River as originally outlined. Carried. From the Public Works Committee, January 30th, 1980 recommending that the access road to Hazel Trembath School not be paved and that street lights not be installed and that the road be graded more frequently.
