that Item I of the Committee report dealing with roll-over curbs be
deleted and the Committee report be adopted without this item.

That as recommended by the Public Works Committee, December 1st,
1978 vertical curb -and gutter be used on steep roads in residential
subdivisions and on all streets with fast or heavy traffic volumes, and
that extruded vertical curb be allowed in subdivisions which are in-

filling in areas which already have this type of curb.

From the Public Works Committee, December ist, 1978 recommending
that a four-way STOP be installed at the intersection of Mary Hill Road
and Wilson Avenue.

1978 a four-way STOP be installed at the intersection of Mary Hill Road

and Wilson Avenue,

Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution discussion ensued.
Alderman Ranger asked that a warning sign be installed to indicate that
a STOP sign is to be placed at the Mary Hill Road ~ Wilson Avenue intersection.
The City Engineer advised a warning sign will be placed before the STOP
sign warning people before they reach the intersection.
From the Public Works Committee, December Ist, 1978 recommending
that the existing 2~hour parking zones on McAllister Avenue and Elgin
Avenue be changed to 1~hour parking zones and that the 6-hour parking
zone on the west side of Mary Hill Road from Elgin Avenue to McAllister
Avenue be changed to a 1-hour parking zone, effective January lst, 1979,
