The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, 2272 McAllister Aveo, Port Coquitlam, B.C. V3C 2A8 Attention: Mr. R.A. Freeman, City Clerk Dear Sir; ; Re: July ist Beer Garden. > We have now been completly infoomed by the B.C. Liquor Control Board of the requirements we have to meet for hold#& ing our Beer Garden this year. Two of these requirements. are letters of approval from our City and the other a letter from our local R.C.M.P. Detachment. During our earlier investigation we were in touch with Inspector M. Young and he has given us aletter of approval based upon last years Beer Garden held in the enclosed area of the Aggie Grounds directly behind the swimming Pool, We respectfully request that you place this letter of request for approval before City Council at the earliest possibie time so we can preceed with our fund raising project to help offset the rest of the July ist expeses, We have now become painfully aware that only six of these type of lisences will be granted in one community in one Calender year and hopefully we can submit to Council much earlier next yearo Thank you in advance for your co-—Operation.
