C., on Monday, May Sth, 1975, at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed “By-law to authorize issuance of a Land Use Contract: By-law No. 1370: To authorize the Council to enter into a Land Use Contract with Greater Vancouver Housing Corporation, 2294 West 10th Avenue, Vancouver, B. C., in the form and to the extent set forth in "Land Use Contract No. 10" which said Land Use Contract ig annexed to and made part of the By-law and the said Land Use Contract No. 10 shall extend to and shall regulate the development and use of land described as: 7 Lot 402, South-west Quarter Section 6, Township 40, New Westminster District as shown on a Plan of Subdivision prepared by Vernon C. Goudal, B.C.L.S., and dated March 26th, 1975. , The above-noted property is a 15.42 acre site located on the East side of Coast Meridian Road in the.3000 and 3100 blocks thereof (approximately ,between the Eastward extension of Grant Avenue and the Eastward extension of Manning Avenue between Coast Meridian Road and Toronto Strect) and upon its issuance Land Use Contract No. 10 will permit the land, buildings, and structures located or to be located thereat to be used for certdin uses permitted in the RM-1 (Low-Density Apartment | Residential) Zones as set out in Section 4 of the said Land Use Contract No. 10 in order to permit the construction of a residential complex containing 130 townhouse units and a 72- unit apartment building for a total of 202 living units and various provisions are conteined in the said Land Use Contract concerning the size, shape and siting of buildings and structures and various other matters.
