Dear Sirs

Your appeal of June 25, 1973 under Orders-in-Council Nos.
4483/72 and 157/73 to the Environment and Land Use Gommittee, being
an appeal concerning exemption from the said Ordersein-Council for
lands within the city of Port Ccquitlam as specified in your ap~
plication, has been considered by the British Columbia Land Commission.

I wish to advise that this. appeal, Noe 530, concerning e::emption
of the entire area of the city of Port Coquitlam from the provisions
of Orders-in-Council Nose 4483/72 and 157/73 EXCEPT that as shown
colored as primary ar! secondary agricultural Land reserves on the
Greater Vancouver Regional District agricultural Land reserve map
and as specified in your application, has been denied ty the
British Columbia Land Commission, pending the establishment of the
agricultural reserve boundaries.

This appeal will automatically be reviewed when the boundaries
have been determined bv the British Columbia Land Commission.
