~ Land Use Contract No. 4 Authorization By-law, No. 1274

Both the above noted by-laws have now been approved by the Provincial Department
of Highways and are available for final reading.

Both by-laws refer to property located at 2548 Lougheed Highway and will permit
the construction of a cluster home development consisting of eight living units,
