She said having a careful-
ly thought out rationale is
critical to being able to
move forward with a project
and defend it.

component in attacting

who move in ask these
questions. Where’s the ski
hill, where’s golf course,
where's the swimming pool,
where’s the community
centre, where’s the ice
arena???
