the undernoted property:

This property is located on the southside of the 2300 Block Lobb Avenue and
consists of 5 separate lots each measuring 43 feet by 122 feet.

: The property Is presently zoned A-| (Agricultural).

Tenders must be enclosed in sealed envalopes plainty marked on the outside
"Tander for Lobb Avenue Property"! and addressed to:

: and be in his hands by 12:00 o'clock noon Thursday, September 10th, 1987. Any tender
received after this time wil! be returned unopened as will all tenders inadvertently
opened before the closing time as a result of not being adequately marked on the
outside of the sealed envelope as required.

le A certified cheque in the amount of 10% of the amount offered must accompany each
tender as a deposit and each tender will be open for acceptance by the Counci|
for a period af 30 days. Upon a tender being accepted by the Council the balance

of the offered price must be paid by the successful tenderer within 30 days or a3 :
soon thereafter as requested or the deposit will be forfeited.

Ze The certitied cheques of the unsuccessful tenderers will be returned no later
than 30 days after the closing time specified above.
