That Guzzi Perry and Associates Inc. be retained for the PoCo Trail system study. 2. That the cost for the project not exceed $26,300. That the money for this project be taken from the 1993 Parks & Recreation Capital Budget of $26,300 that was originally allocated for the PoCo Trail entrance enhancements. Background & Comments: In the 1991 PoCo Parks & Recreation Master Plan the PoCo Trail was identified as a most valuable and important amenity for the residents of Port Coquitlam. There was a strong recommendation for its continued development and upgrading to continue it as a major recreation feature in Port Coquitlam. As well, the Master Plan recommended that linkages to the various trails throughout the City be created and the issue of bicycle paths be addressed.
