TENDER EVALUATION AND SUMMARY

C. CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS

To assist you in making a recommendation to the City Council, the attached TABLE 3 details the
adjusted tendered prices after taking into consideration the comments made earlier in this report.
Three prime Options are possible, and these are outlined as foilows:-

OPTION A. Construction of the Dominion Avenue Pump Station (Tender items 1, 2 and 3).
The order of the lowest to highest tender prices are as follows:

1. Terra Dynamics Inc. $ 555,861
2. Taseko Contracting Ltd. $ 560,149

3. Merletti Construction Ltd. $ 633,984

After taking into consideration Hamilton Associates assessed additional costs
for the extra sheet piling to be added to Terra Dynamics Inc. Tender price, the
order of the lowest to highest adiusted tender prices are as follows:

1. Taseko Contracting Ltd. — $ §60149

2. Terra Dynamics Ine. $ 625,861

3.  Merletti Construction Ud. $ 633,984

OPTION B. Construction of the Purnp Station and associated Storage Pond Excavation

(Tender tema 1 to 4 inclusive). |
