February 10, 1992/033 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Gity Clerk of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam be authorized to petition the Minister of Municipal Affairs of the Province of British Columbia praying on behalf of the City for abandonment of the said portion of road described in Bylaw No. 2641 and the vesting of the title of the land comprising the same in Clarence Albert Pekrul and Pearl Angeline Pekrul, 1744 Morgan Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C., V3c 1J7. Carried, REPORTS: From the City Engineer, February 6th, 1992 regarding Request for Sanitary/Storm Sewer Right of Way Relocation 1215 Dewar Way. Moved by Alderman Keryluk: Seconded by Alderman Talbot: That Council approve the relocation of the existing sanitary/storm sewer right of way through 1215 Dewar Way to a new location approximately 2” 8” to the west as shown on the attached plan provided that the owner assumes all the costs for surveys and legal registration work. Carried. From the City Engineer, February 6th, 1992 regarding Drainage Improvements ~ 3471 Sefton Street. Moved by Alderman Keryluk: Seconded by Alderman Talbot: That Council approve the installation of a standard catch basin complete with a 200 mm dia. lead in the lane behind 2471 Sefton Street at an estimated cost of $6,250.00 That $6,250.00 be allocated from the Public Works Special Capital Reserve Fund for this purpose. . Carried. From the City Engineer, February 6th, 1992 regarding Dominion Pump Station Agreement - Fremont Holdings Ltd. and the City of Port Coquitlam. Moved by Alderman Keryluk: Seconded by Alderman Talbot; That Council authorize His Worship the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute the attached agreement for the Dominion Pump Station and Associated Drainage Works provided that Fremont Holdings Ltd. is dually incorporated and takes title to the parcels of land described in Schedule "B" to the agreement attached to Council Agenda.
